Next philanthropic foundation, which is headquartered in Switzerland (“the Foundation”, “we” or “us”) provides this Privacy Policy because we know that you care about how personal data, i.e. any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, is collected, used, shared and retained. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected when you visit our website at www.fondationnext.com (the “Site”), request our publications, or contact us via the Site.
This Privacy Policy applies to all processing of personal data concerning users of the Site. By visiting our Site, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use.
What information do we collect; the purpose of collection and use
1 – Contact Information
We now or in the future may collect contact information on our Site from visitors who wish to obtain general information, information on investments, subscribe to our email alerts or contact us in relation to other commercial issues. Contact information is provided and collected via browser forms and may include first name, last name, e-mail address, job title, name of the organisation, country, state/region and telephone numbers (mobile and/or landline), and other information necessary for us to properly respond. This contact information is used by us to contact our Site visitors, and to compile and deliver our response.
2 – Google Analytics
Like most organisations, we rely on automatic data collection technology (Google Analytics) when you visit our Site. 6 – Involvement of third parties on processing personal data
Like many foundations, we hire third-party companies to perform certain marketing and research related services. The types of companies that now or in the future may process personal data and their functions are: direct marketing assistance, data storage, hosting services, disaster recovery services, sales support and translation services.
All such third party companies function as our Processors, performing services at our instruction and on our behalf pursuant to contracts which require they provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by this Privacy Policy and implemented by Après-demain.One of the required measures is the execution of a data processing agreement. When processing takes place outside the EEA, Après-demain will take appropriate measures to comply with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) of Switzerland and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
7 – Opt-In to Onward Transfers
We will not disclose your personal information to any third party, with the exception of the entities mentioned in Article 6, without first obtaining your opt-in consent unless obliged by applicable law. You may, at any time, withdraw your granted consent by emailing us at info@fondation-next.com or using this Site’s contact form.
In each instance, please allow us a reasonable time to process your response.
8 – Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, dissolution or similar corporate event, or the sale of all or substantially all of our assets, we expect that the information that we have collected, including personal data, would be transferred to the surviving entity in a merger or the acquiring entity. All such transfers shall be subject to our commitments with respect to the privacy and confidentiality of such personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
9 – Disclosure to Public Authorities

We may require payment of a fee to pay for our expenses in providing you with such information, in exceptional circumstances, provided that you have been informed of this requirement prior to the provision of the information.
11 – Accuracy of personal data
You have the right to access, correct, amend or delete your personal data where it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of this Privacy Policy. Please use this form for your inquiry and allow us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your inquiries and requests.
12 – Retention of personal data
We will retain your personal data in a form that identifies you only for as long as it serves the purpose(s) for which it was initially collected as stated in this Privacy Policy, or subsequently authorizsd. We may continue processing your personal data for longer periods, but only for the time and to the extent such processing reasonably serves the purposes of archiving and statistical analysis, and subject to the protection of this Privacy Policy. After such time periods have expired, we may either delete your personal data or retain it in a form such that it does not identify you personally.

The Fondation Philanthropique Next takes very seriously the security and privacy of the personal data that it collects pursuant to this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, we will implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in processing and the nature of such data, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
14 – Children
We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 16 through the Site. If you are under 16, please do not give us any personal data. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal data to us without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided personal data to us, please contact us at info@fondation-next.com, and we will endeavour to delete the data from our databases. When we have any reason to suppose we have collected children’s data, we will take appropriate action to either obtain the consent of the holder of the parental responsibility of the child or delete the data.

The Site may contain links to third party websites (“External Sites”). The Foundation has no control over the privacy practices and personal data processing of these External Sites. As such, we are not responsible for the privacy policies and personal data processing of those External Sites. 16 – Important Notice For Residents of the European Economic Area and Switzerland
The Foundation complies with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) of Switzerland and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from the Member States of the European Union as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. The Foundation certifies that it adheres to the data protection requirements of the FADP and the GDPR.. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the GDPR Principles, the GDPR Principles shall prevail.
The Foundation commits to resolve, with due diligence, complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal data.
